What is covered by these terms?

These terms apply to all subscriptions for content and/or publications published by Pex Publications Pty Ltd, referred to below as “we” or “us”. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

Use

Except as permitted by Australian copyright law, you may not reproduce, republish, redistribute or reuse publication content in any way, form or channel without the explicit permission of Pex Publications Pty Ltd. You may not on-sell subscriptions or content to a third party.

Delivery

Unless specific arrangements are made, subscriptions for printed material include delivery to Australian addresses only.

We will deliver the number of print copies ordered to the physical delivery address you provide, and send electronic items to your nominated email address where applicable. We take no responsibility for safe delivery if a suitable physical address or receptacle has not been provided.

Where possible, delivery will be made before the beginning of the selected edition’s publication month. If an order has not arrived by the third day of that month, you must inform us so we can investigate. Non-delivery claims are not accepted after the fifth day of the edition’s publication month.

Managing your content

Changes to personalised content: You are responsible for your personalised content. Changes can be requested through our online review and proofing tool or by emailing changes [at] yourchiro.com.au.

Changes by us: We make reasonable attempts to maintain the accuracy and integrity of general information and other content. We are not liable for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, outdated information or inaccuracies within your personalised content.

Deadlines: Requested changes are applied to the edition in production when the request is received. Production deadlines are published in advance and included in subscriber notices. Any change to a production deadline is communicated in advance where practicable.

Managing your subscription

Changes to your subscription: You can stop or suspend a subscription, amend quantity, or change delivery and contact details by emailing changes [at] yourchiro.com.au or calling 1300 661 553. Changes apply to the current production cycle or a future edition on request.

Production cycle: The production cycle ends at midday AWST on the fifth day, or previous working day, of the month before an edition’s publication month. The January/February cycle may vary because of December holidays and service availability.

Stop or suspension by us: We may stop or suspend a subscription for reasons including unavailable distribution, security or technical issues. A pro-rata refund or credit may be provided at our discretion unless the subscription was stopped because these terms were breached.

Pricing: Subscription pricing is confirmed when you subscribe. Prices displayed on the website are Australian dollars and include GST. International subscriptions do not attract GST.

Changes to pricing: We may change subscription pricing by providing at least five working days’ notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel effective from the next edition’s production deadline.

Payment: You agree to pay an account by the due date shown on the invoice. Where direct debit or credit card authority is provided, the subscription amount may be deducted for each requested order until you notify us to stop. You are responsible for keeping valid payment details current.

Promotions

Special promotion terms may also apply. If promotion terms conflict with these standard subscription terms, these standard terms prevail.

New-subscriber offers may require that you have not held an existing Your Chiropractor subscription in the preceding 24 months. Delivery address and business principal information may be considered when determining eligibility.

Promotions may require direct-debit or credit-card details and may renew automatically at the standard price when the promotional period ends unless cancelled.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are processed to the payment method used for the original purchase. No refund will be processed to another credit card or bank account.

Cancellation and refund requests must be made by email to changes [at] yourchiro.com.au. Requests apply from the edition in the production cycle when notice is received. Under Australian Consumer Law, Pex Publications Pty Ltd is not obliged to provide a refund if you simply change your mind, find a similar product cheaper, decide you do not like the purchase or have no use for it.

Personal information and communication

Errors in contact information and order details supplied by you are your responsibility. Personal information collected for a subscription may be used for administration, billing, delivery and relevant communication about Pex Publications Pty Ltd products and services.

You may request access to or correction of personal information by writing to Pex Publications Pty Ltd at PO Box 813, Mt Lawley, Western Australia 6929 or calling 1300 661 553.

We may give notices using the most recent email address, physical address or telephone number supplied by you. You may contact us on 1300 661 553, +61 8 9272 6555, info [at] yourchiro.com.au, or at the postal address above.

General terms

Disclaimer of liability: To the extent permitted by law, Pex Publications Pty Ltd and its employees and agents are not liable in contract, tort, equity or another basis for loss, injury or damage connected with a subscription, use or performance of a product, delay or inability to use a product, or information, products or services obtained through Pex Publications Pty Ltd.

Law: Offers, contracts and services are deemed to be made and provided in Australia and are governed by Australian law. The courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction over related matters.

These terms may be modified from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing the current version on this website. We may make changes to the content, inclusions, features and structure of a publication at any time.
